Sierra Navada Mountains

The Sierra Nevada, meaning “snowy range” in Spanish, is a mountain range in the region of Andalusia in Spain. It contains the highest point of continental Spain, Mulhacén at 3,478 metres (11,411 ft).
It is a popular tourist destination, as its high peaks make skiing possible in Europe’s most southern ski resort after Mt Olympos in Cyprus, in an area along the Mediterranean Sea predominantly known for its warm temperatures and abundant sunshine. At its foothills is found the city of Granada and, a little further, Málaga and Almería.
Ronda
Ronda is a city in the Spanish province of Malaga. It is located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) from the city of Málaga, within the autonomous community of Andalusia. Its population is 35,512.
History – Ronda was first settled by the early Celts, but its subsequent Roman and then Moorish rulers are reflected most prominently in its architecture. The forces of Catholic Spain took control of the town in 1485, during the Reconquista. Acinipo is known locally as Ronda la Vieja, Arunda or Old Ronda. But Acinipo and Arunda (Ronda) are really separate towns of Roman origin
Cultural Influences - Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles spent many summers in Ronda as part-time residents of Ronda’s old town quarter called La Ciudad. Both wrote about Ronda’s beauty and famous bull-fighting traditions. Their collective accounts have contributed to Ronda’s popularity over time.Hemingway’s For Whom the Bell Tolls describes the murder of Nationalist sympathizers early in the Spanish Civil War. The Republicans murder the Nationalists by throwing them from cliffs in an Andalusian village, and Hemingway allegedly based the account on killings that took place in Ronda at the cliffs of El Tajo.
Bull Running

The excitement you feel your first time in Pamplona during the San Fermin Festival is something almost indescribable. Every sense is assaulted in the most magical way and you realize you’ve arrived at one of the most thrilling and unusual religious celebrations in the world.
Pamplona, situated in the Northern Spanish province of Navarra, attracts thousands of visitors annually from the 6th to the 14th. Of July. They come to enjoy the celebrations for San Fermin, the patron saint of the city, but mostly they come to see the Running of the Bulls or “Encierro” made world famous by avid visitor and adopted Pamplonica, the writer Ernest Hemingway.
The nightly bullfights, which take place at 6.30pm, are also a noisy, colorful affair. However, tickets are quite limited and vary in price depending on whether you choose a shaded seat or a seat in the sun. The latter being the cheapest.
Aqualandia

Aqualandia was the first water park to be built in Spain, and it opened in 1985. It is currently still one of the biggest water parks in the world, and it is known for it”s great water slides and excellent customer service.
Aqualandia is a big park of 150 000 square meters and additionally it has 50 000 square meters of free parking.
Aqualandia has plenty of green areas, with plants and trees from the area that provides plenty of shade. Thismeans that there is plenty of space to relax and unwind as well as trying all our water slides. The park also has picnic areas, souvenir shops, a photography shop, a cash point, locker hire, safe hire, sun bed hire and inflatable rings. Aqualandia has several self service restaurants, snack bars, barbecue, pizza restaurant, burgers, several food stands, ice cream stan, cafeterias, a pancake stand and a kebab shop.
Most importantly Aqualandia has several types of swimming pools, water slides and children”s water play areas. The water in our park is extracted, purified and recycled using the most advanced water treatment system.
